Graham Goldsmith, the chief executive officer of Cross Ocean Partners, is based in Greenwich, Connecticut. As well as overseeing the direction of the firm, Graham heads the US operations and acts as co-chief investment officer for Cross Ocean Partners.

Steve Zander, the head of the ESS Team, heads the European office and acts as co-chief investment officer.
